Depend on gtk.ico.

* gdk/win32/rc/Makefile.am (gdk-win32res.lo): Depend on gtk.ico.

* gdk/win32/rc/gtk.ico: Use the real GTK logo. Thanks to Jernej
Simoncic for providing the nice multi-resolution .ico file.
